You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. km378 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login details.
You must notify km378 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. km378 support is reachable at [email protected] at any time.
km378 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time during a Player's account lifecycle at km378's sole discretion, particularly where unusual transaction patterns or compliance considerations arise.
To complete KYC verification, Players must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. km378 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside km378's control.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal amount per transaction, but we reserve the right to split exceptionally large withdrawals (above Rp 100.000.000) into multiple instalments for operational security reasons.
Wagering Requirement Clearance: Withdrawals may only be requested once any active bonus wagering requirements have been fully satisfied or the bonus balance has been forfeited. Real-money deposits must be wagered at least once (1× rollover) before they become eligible for withdrawal — this is a standard anti-money-laundering control.

All bets placed on km378 are final and binding once the bet confirmation is issued and displayed in your bet history. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selections, stakes, and odds before submitting the bet.
Settlement of Bets: Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). Casino games are settled based on the outcome recorded by the game provider's certified RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, the result called by the dealer and captured on video.
Voided Bets: km378 reserves the right to void bets where any of the following circumstances apply:
Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's Account. No compensation is payable beyond the return of the stake amount.
Maximum Payouts: km378 applies maximum payout limits on certain bet types to manage platform risk. These limits are published on the relevant sports or game category pages. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at the maximum amount.

We also reserve the right to share information with relevant authorities, payment providers, or other online gaming platforms where prohibited conduct is suspected.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which km378 holds its operating license, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and km378. If such negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated in our operating license jurisdiction.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding against km378.
