For over seven years, km378 has been on a single mission: to give every Indonesian bettor access to a platform that is genuinely fast, provably fair, and worthy of their trust. Here is our story.
km378 was founded in 2017 by a small but passionate team of sports enthusiasts and technology professionals who shared a common frustration: the Indonesian online betting market was flooded with generic, poorly localised platforms that treated local players as an afterthought. Bank transfers were slow, customer service was handled by agents who could not speak Bahasa Indonesia, and the odds on BRI Liga 1 — Indonesia's own top-flight domestic competition — were often worse than those on European leagues. km378 was built to fix exactly that.
In our first year of operation, km378 focused exclusively on football betting, covering BRI Liga 1 in full — every fixture featuring Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and all 18 clubs in the competition — alongside international fixtures from the English Premier League (EPL) and UEFA Champions League. We invested heavily in building direct integrations with Indonesia's most-used local banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri. The result was deposit and withdrawal speeds that were, at the time, unmatched in the local market.
By 2019, the km378 product had expanded considerably. We added live casino verticals powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, bringing authentic dealer-led table games — baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and more — to Indonesian players who previously had to use poorly optimised foreign platforms to access them. Our slot library grew to include titles from Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming, including the high-RTP slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles that have become a staple of the Indonesian gaming conversation. We also introduced e-wallet support for OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay — all critical channels for younger Indonesian players in Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, and Yogyakarta who prefer cashless transactions.
Today, km378 serves a growing community of verified players across Indonesia. Our platform covers sports betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) international matches including the Piala AFF. We support bandar bola (football bookmaking) style markets including Asian Handicap (voor bola) and mix parlay accumulators — the formats Indonesian bettors know and love. Our live casino, slot library, and — for those interested — togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting) markets round out a genuinely comprehensive gaming offer.
What has not changed since day one is our commitment to the player. km378 operates under internationally recognised gaming standards, with 256-bit SSL encryption protecting every transaction and personal data record on our platform. All casino games sourced from our certified studio partners use independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) systems — provably fair outcomes, every time. We enforce a strict 21+ age policy across all account registrations and use KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to ensure every player on km378 is who they say they are. We also provide genuine responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options — because we believe a sustainable platform is one where players stay in control.
km378 is proud to be an Indonesian-player-first brand. That means payment methods in Rupiah (IDR / Rp), customer service agents who speak Indonesian natively during WIB business hours, promotional calendars that acknowledge Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Ramadhan, and other cultural moments that matter to our players, and a product roadmap that is shaped by Indonesian player feedback above all else. We are not a global brand that happens to accept Indonesian players. We are a platform built, grown, and continuously refined for Indonesia — and that difference shows.
Everything km378 does is guided by a set of principles that keep the player's experience — and the player's wellbeing — at the centre of every decision.
km378 operates with complete transparency. Our terms are written in plain language, our odds are not manipulated, and our game outcomes are independently verified. We have never compromised player trust to grow faster — and we never will.
Indonesian players should not wait hours for withdrawals. km378 processes most BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri withdrawals within 5–15 minutes during WIB business hours. Platinum VIP members receive near-instant processing 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
km378 was designed specifically for Indonesia. That means Rupiah (IDR) throughout, local bank and e-wallet support, Indonesian-speaking customer service agents, and a promotional calendar built around the cultural moments that matter to players here.
We take responsible gaming seriously. km378 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion tools, and direct links to support resources for players who feel gambling may be affecting their lives. This platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.
We work hard to offer some of the tightest spreads on BRI Liga 1, EPL, and Champions League markets available to Indonesian players. We do not inflate margins to chase short-term profit. Long-term player value is the only sustainable model we believe in.
km378 is never finished. We actively gather player feedback, monitor platform performance, and ship improvements to our banking infrastructure, mobile experience, and game library on a regular release cycle. If something is not working for Indonesian players, we fix it.
From Jakarta and Surabaya to Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Bali, Semarang, Makassar, and Palembang — km378 is built to serve players in every major Indonesian city with equally fast, equally reliable service regardless of location.
BRI Liga 1 loyalists, EPL devotees, Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) supporters, Champions League fans — km378 covers the full spectrum of football that Indonesian bettors care about. Every fixture. Every market. Competitive odds from kick-off to final whistle.
For players drawn to live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming, or the thrill of Pragmatic Play and Pocket Games Soft slot titles — including the most-played slot gacor (high-payout) games in the market — km378 provides a curated, high-quality gaming environment.
km378 is an adults-only platform. We require KYC verification for all accounts and enforce a minimum age of 21 years across every market and game type we offer. Responsible gaming is not a checkbox for us — it is a core part of who we are.
To deliver the most reliable, transparent, and player-first online betting experience in Indonesia — one where every player, regardless of city or device, has access to competitive odds, instant local payments, fair games, and genuine support in their own language.
We measure our success not by gross gaming revenue alone, but by how many of our players return to km378 because they trust us — and by how many walk away from a session feeling that they were treated fairly and respectfully at every step.
All player data and transaction records on km378 are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell, share, or misuse your personal information. Our security infrastructure is reviewed and updated on a continuous basis.
